1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pinggle.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Our Services

Pinggle.app is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform designed to simplify cleaning and operations management for property owners and short-term rental hosts.

Our product enables users to automatically communicate with cleaning staff through messaging APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, KakaoTalk), assign and track cleaning tasks, and manage schedules through a centralized dashboard.

We are also developing a companion mobile app that allows field staff to receive real-time work instructions, upload completion photo evidence, and report issues.

This service is built to be completely self-service for remote coordination without manual intervention from the Pinggle team.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  • Maintain account credentials securely.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse the service or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscription and Billing

Pinggle.app is a subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Paddle.com) to charge your payment method regularly.

You can cancel at any time, and cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide. Pinggle.app retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.

You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or resell the service without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinggle.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
